Beth is a great inspiration to us all and that's why we selected her as our very first Team Amino Vital Everyday Athlete! Beth started out like so many of us, just an everyday weekend warrior who decided to triathlons due in part to injuries and boredom with her current exercise routine. Figuring that the swim/bike/run would be a well-rounded fitness program, she competed in her first triathlon over six years ago. Since then, she has completed nearly 30 triathlons – including three half-irons and her first ironman in 2013.

Paul has been riding since he was a kid growing up in Kenya, Africa where he rode all sorts of back roads on an old hand-me-down bike that had to get welded every year. He started mountain biking when he moved to Michigan in 2000, but didn’t start racing until 2003. He began competing in local time trials and cross-country races. Eventually, he got into longer distance endurance races, and has been an annual competitor in the Iceman and Ore to Shore races since 2004.
Paul started using Amino Vital back in 2005 when it was given out free at the Ore to Shore Mountain Bike Epic in Marquette, MI. He noticed an immediate difference that was not followed by a crash like high sugar or caffeine energy drinks. He tries to drink it in small amounts throughout races. According to Paul, nothing else is the same!
