Cherry Berry Muffin Tops

These muffin tops are super delicious and filled with amino acids to help you stay energized and focused!

Amino acids promote focus by blocking tryptophan from producing excessive amounts of serotonin in the brain, which makes you feel tired and sleepy. Try these tasty treats this Valentine's Day!

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup Stonyfield French Vanilla Whole Milk yogurt
  • 1 pack Amino VITAL Blueberry Recovery
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup diced cherries (frozen or fresh)
Instructions
  1. Mix everything except the cherries and berries in a food processor.
  2. After a batter forms, fold in the cherries by hand and mix well.
  3. Fill 6 normal muffin tins. Bake at 350*F for about 20 minutes.
  4. Cut in half, and drizzle with Coconut Kitchen Coconut Butter.
