Smoothie Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas - ½ cup frozen peaches - ½ cup frozen pineapple - ½ cup light coconut milk - 1 Amino VITAL Lemon packet - 1 teaspoon hemp seeds - ½ teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)Chia Pudding Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds - 2 cups light coconut milk - 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - ½ tsp vanilla extractInstructions
1) Peel two ripe bananas and transfer into an airtight container. Set in the freezer overnight. 2) Chia pudding: Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Whisk together until thoroughly combined. Set aside to thicken. 3) Smoothie: Combine frozen bananas, frozen peaches, frozen pineapple, coconut milk, Amino Vital lemon packet, hemp seeds, and (optional) turmeric in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. 4) Transfer both the smoothie and chia pudding to bowl(s). Add toppings of choice. Serve. *Makes 2-3 servings.
