Matcha is a simple way to add major health benefits to your everyday diet.
Ingredients
- 1 cup All-Purpose flour
- 1 cup Vanilla Almond Protein
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Matcha
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 package Amino VITAL Blueberry RAPID RECOVERY
- 1.2 cup + 1 tbsp Milk Of Choice
- 1/2 cup Berries
Instructions
- Mix everything except the berries in a food processor.
- After a batter forms, fold in the berries by hand and mix well.
- Pour into greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 350*F for about 20 minutes.
